Traditional food




INTRODUCTION
Traditional food is one of the asset culture and tour that must be preserved. In general, every country of Indonesia has many traditional foods including West Java that has many traditional foods, cakes and drinks, including Garut. Garut have many Traditional foods such as dodol, kerupuk dorokdok, chocodot, and so on. Traditional foods have many benefits such as for health, financial, and culture. 

One of traditional cake in Garut is Putri No’ong. Today, not all people know about this traditional cake. Putri No’ong is made from cassava, sugar, banana, and coconut. This cake not only can be consumed by adults and teenagers but also children. At the first, Putri No’ong was very desirable by the society. The development of Information, Technology and Culture causes many foreign cakes and foods such as brownies, tart, cup cake,  pizza, burger, more desirable than traditional cakes and food. So, we must return this phenomenon. We should preserve our traditional food.

History of the Company                                
 Dapoer Traditional Garut company was founder by a group person that has same favorite food especially Sundanese food. It was established on the 4th of December 2012. The company is in kp. Citeureup, Ds. Sukagalih, Kec Tarogong Kidul, Garut. This company produce traditional food especially Putri No’ong. The goal of this company is to eternal traditional food especially Sundanese food. The motto of this company is sweet, leg-eat, n’ Full-en.


CONCLUSION
Based on the early explanation, it’s clear that we must preserve our tradition or culture. Especially, traditional food that begin lost in our environment. As we know, the possition of the traditional food has margined by foreign food or product such as MC Donald, CFC, Pizza Hut and so on. So, our company comes to the public to return and makes strong the possition of traditional food in Society’s heart.
